Cumia is a local image stitching and export app. This policy describes the information that may be processed when you select images, arrange them, adjust spacing or background settings, crop edges, preview a long image, and export the result.

We do not require an account to use the app. Most project content is handled on your device unless you choose to export, share, back up, or purchase optional features through Apple.

2. Information You Provide

We may process the photos, screenshots, or other images you choose to import into the app, along with the layout settings you apply, such as ordering, spacing, crop adjustments, canvas size, background color, and output format.

If you contact us, we may process the details you send in your message so we can respond and keep a record of the request.

3. Information Processed Automatically

The app may process device and app data needed to operate normally, such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash information, and basic diagnostics. This helps us keep the app stable and identify technical issues.

If you make an in-app purchase, Apple may provide us with transaction confirmation and product status information. We do not receive your full payment card details.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide the core stitching and export features, save local project state, generate previews, support optional purchases, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

We may also use information to protect the app, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations or platform requirements.

5. Sharing and Platform Services

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help with hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or purchase handling, but only to the extent needed to operate the app.

Apple provides the App Store and handles in-app purchases. If you use cloud backup, sharing tools, or other third-party services on your device, those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Storage, Retention, and Security

Project content is generally stored locally on your device until you delete it or clear the app's storage. Exported files are saved or shared according to your own actions and device settings.

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information processed by the app, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Retention periods depend on the type of information and the reason it is processed.

7. Your Choices

You can choose which images to import, which projects to keep, and whether to export or share results. You can also remove the app or clear local data through your device controls.

Where the law provides additional rights, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information that we can reasonably control.

8. Children's Privacy

Cumia is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us so we can review and address it.

9. Updates and Contact

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the revised version will take effect when posted in the app or on the applicable support page.
